Flat Garden is a beautiful place.

In a quiet lane in Tianmu, Taipei, we believe buying flowers should never be rushed. Ideally someone is beside you to help you choose, wrap and pair the bouquet that best fits what you feel.

From Office Worker to Florist

The story of Flat Garden began with a bouquet on the corner of an overtime desk.

Back then Melody worked in a job that had nothing to do with flowers. Between meetings and night shifts, the bouquet on her desk was always there before she sat down and still there after she left. She slowly realised that what she could not let go of was not the flowers themselves, but the feeling that someone had chosen a bouquet for her and gently set it there — like something small and quiet holding her up through the whole day.

Later Melody decided she would be the one choosing flowers for others — turning that feeling of being gently accompanied into a small gift you can pick up simply by opening a door. That was the beginning of Flat Garden.

What we make is not just flowers, but a language for treating each other well.

What We Do

Fromweekly seasonal fresh bouquets、selected imported roses(Cappuccino roses, garden roses), tocustom floral gifts(weddings, proposals, birthdays, openings, festivals),preserved flower designsandflower subscriptions — every piece has its flowers chosen, its shape designed and its wrapping detailed by Melody herself.

We do not chase the fastest or the cheapest, but we care whether each bouquet is truly received well. If you also believe life deserves a little more fragrance, you are welcome in this small garden.
