HOW TO ORDER
Three steps to congratulate
- Pick a design, pay online — click “Buy now” to check out; credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted
- Leave three things in the order notes — delivery date and time slot, the message (or ask us to draft it), and the sender / company name; for an invoice, add your tax ID and company name
- We arrange, write and deliver — Melody arranges the flowers according to the week’s availability, writes the card stand or ribbon, and delivers during store hours
📌 Deliveries are made during store hours (Tue–Fri 11:00–18:00, Sat 11:00–17:00; closed Sun & Mon). For a Monday opening, please arrange delivery or store pickup by Saturday.

Not sure what to write?
Write “please draft for me” in the order notes along with the occasion (opening / promotion / relocation / launch) and how to address the recipient, and we will write a fitting message for you, such as “Wishing you great success” or “Congratulations on your new office”.
Can I choose the flowers and colours?
Feel free to tell us your preferred colour palette in the notes (for example the recipient’s brand colours). Flowers are designed according to the week’s availability; specific varieties cannot be guaranteed and will be substituted with flowers of equal grade if out of stock.
Can I get a company invoice? How do I pay?
Yes. Just enter your company tax ID and name in the order notes. Online payment currently accepts credit cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay); for bank transfer or other methods, please contact our LINE Official Account @flat-garden.
Where do you deliver? What if the venue has time restrictions?
Delivery in Taipei & New Taipei · Store pickup. Delivery is limited to Taipei City and New Taipei City; shipping fee depends on the area. If the venue has an access window or a receiving contact, please note the contact name and phone in the order notes and we will confirm in advance.
