Delivery is currently limited to Taipei City and New Taipei City. Outside these areas, you are welcome to pick up at our Tianmu store or arrange your own courier.

Orders placed before 11 am can be delivered the same day within Taipei and New Taipei (except some remote areas). We do not deliver outside these two cities; store pickup in Tianmu or your own courier is welcome.

Within Taipei and New Taipei you can choose a morning (9–12) or afternoon (13–18) slot. Outside these areas we do not deliver; store pickup can be arranged at a time that suits you.

Yes. Please include the full address and the recipient’s name and phone. For restaurants, please confirm in advance that they can hold the flowers.

Roses usually 5–10 days · other flowers 5–14 days. Trim the stems at an angle, place in clean water, keep away from sun and air-con, and change the water every 2 days.

Usually 1–3 years. Avoid direct sunlight, keep humidity below 70% and keep away from moisture.

You can choose a main colour palette (pink / white / red / vintage). For specific varieties, please use the custom gift process and order 5 days ahead.

You may cancel for a refund within 24 hours of ordering. Orders already in preparation or out for delivery cannot be returned.

For peak seasons like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas, please book 2 weeks ahead to secure delivery. Early bookings enjoy 5% off.
